Our cakes are designed to be a super indulgent treat, just like a fancy box of chocolates.
Which means the traditional wedding finger slice of 1″ x 1″ x 5″, is the perfect portion to serve each of your special guests.
Party Cakes are generally served in a larger 1” x 2” x 5”
-
We recommend allowing enough cake to serve at least 75% of your wedding guests – unless your cake is to be served as dessert, in which case, 100% of your guests.

A Foxwood cake should ideally be stored in the fridge, (unless otherwise specified) but brought to room temperature before enjoying.
If fridge space is not an option (who has that much space in their fridge?!) please keep your cake in a cool, dry place but always out of direct sunlight.
*Never leave your cake in a parked car or where the temperature exceeds 30 degrees*
-
Once your cake has come to room temperature it is ready to be served.
To achieve the maximum number of portions we recommend cutting your cake into slices rather wedges.
*Please note our tiered cakes contain food safe, internal supports which will need to be removed prior to cutting*
-
We recommend consuming your cake within 3 days of purchase however once cut, your cake can be refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen if well wrapped for up to 3 months.
Defrost at room temperature and consume within 48 hours.
*Our cakes are a perishable item, hand baked using premium quality ingredients and do not contain any form of artificial preservatives*
-
Please let us know as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order, at any stage of the buying process and we promise to do all we can to rectify the issue.

*Please note that we may not always be able to reschedule your order if already fully booked on your new date*
Where full payment has been made, a refund will be offered in accordance with the level of work completed. This is calculated on a percentage basis – usually where sugar flowers are included in the design.
We require no less than 7 days notice to cancel a party cake order to qualify for a full refund.
In the event of a missed collection, we will always call you to try and arrange an alternate pick up date/time or even delivery where possible. We are aware that life is unpredictable, and in the case of an extenuating circumstance please call us and we will do our best to accommodate!
