All Foxwood Wedding cakes are hand delivered throughout Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire with complimentary delivery applied to those within a 15 mile radius of our Chichester studio. Destinations outside of this radius will be subject to an additional delivery charge
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders have a lead time of 3 days and are available for delivery every Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
SCHEDULED DELIVERY
We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time due to unpredictable traffic conditions but can provide you with an anticipated delivery window upon request. Please call the store for more details. Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address your order will be returned to our Chichester store and every effort will be made to contact you via the details provided at booking. Those that require rerouting due to incorrect addresses, will be subject to additional charges for redelivery.
Delivery charges will not be refunded for late deliveries if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
We may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
MODIFICATIONS
For modification requests, please contact us via email at cake@foxwoodwedding.co.uk Such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule, but we will do our best!
RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at the earliest convenience and we will make every effort to ensure your experience with Foxwood is a pleasant one.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled up to 1 month prior to completion and in most cases payment (minus booking retainer) may be returned in full. Cancellation requests within 1 month of scheduled delivery/collection will be considered according to the quantity of work already undertaken and refunds calculated on a percentage basis proportionately.
